bright spell

my bright spell is not new...
it's a while since I treated myself to this
bloomin gorgeous original drawing from Yummihouse on Etsy

but more bright things have been manifesting themselves recently.
like this painting by my sister (she'll kill me if she finds out I've put it here)
and this basket which I couldn't resist

then there's the bright collage that we started at a recent

workshop for adults with visual impairments

i'm enjoying my bright spell

A good thing to take into the winter. Love the long summer evenings there, but those short days during winter....

And bright it is, and cheerful and just what is in order for this dull morning.

I love your new etsy treasure... off to check her out.

This is the brightest blog I have ever seen! My optical tentacles quiver excitedly! Thanks for a great blog, I came over here from Magic Lantern Show as Owen is on vacation and thus inspired a "Blog tour" of your site today! Happy brightening! Love, Mrs. Slug
