I'm gearing up for the [optimistically speaking] seasonal rush of customers at my craft stalls and my work room [i'm talking like the whole house isn't just one work room] is brimming with handmade cards, paper decorations, new canvases, jewellery etc etc. for some reason these funny little pillow brooches are first out of the factory. i have no idea if there is a big market for cushions as accessories or if there is one single person on the planet with an outfit that just begs for an extra bit of padding to finish it off but i suppose i'm about to find out.

They are lovely and I can imagine them brightening up a winter coat or pinned to a scarf. Wow, wish I was so productive, lol!
Preparing for the holidays so soon!?
I'm so incredibly jealous. My idea of on time.... is 12-24.
Not funny..... but true!
They are like little beds for dollhouses too - maybe a second life?
I don't know either...but they sure are cute!
women can't help themselves when it comes to 'cute' - these are very cute and if they don't pad themselves with this, they will go for the large brownie at the next stall!
kate, you've got me laughing right out loud here!!
speaking for myself, this is the only kind of padding i'd go for. i think one would look very nice on the bag i take walking with me, and on one of my many scarves... i love the colors and the stitching - very not mass produced. i would never confuse them with padded accessories from china.
First thought was.."ooh! delicious!" They look like a bowl of stewed plums. Edible. Brooches ya say? I could see them as key charms, you know dangly things they put on handbags and purses. You are just as multifaceted as a diamond, aren't you?
Cute as buttons they are!
I would like one of these mounted onto one of those springy hair clips, do you know the ones I mean? Can you make one like that and if so how much would it be?
