completely over the top but a special treat
I couldn't resist this ribbon
and now for the winner of the teeny weeny zig-zag book..
Thank you all for commenting.
I loved everyone's ideas...they are all very inspiring
i now feel highly embarrassed that the prize is so measly
just a tiny little book that has been (not very well) made by me!
Anyway Rosie is the winner because she's going to take
the book on a journey....and who can resist a journey.
Can you email me your address Rosie and I'll get to the post office asap.

very treat filled.
I missed the giveaway!! What a lucky girl Rosie is!
That ribbon is so pretty. But the croissant...! Come on!
(well, the ribbon is prettier, but still...)
Loved seeing your treats Kate!
Neal's Yard... I took away a little something from there... a traveller's oil perfume. I swear that when I rub it on my wrists I take in the wonderful sent and all the memories of London that are dear to me... in that one moment!
I did like the coffee at Monmouth and found the Slow Food store with products form the Orkneys most interesting! No more reminiscing ... or I'll never stop!
Loved your comments too at the archive blog! Tell your sister I loved her pots too!
Have a very fine week wont you!
S
Still loving that ribbon!!
Oh. And the croissant. But I guess that went without saying...
I love blogs that are not mass produced. The ones that show who the person is and digs a little bit into their personality, their love of life, adventure, art and their courage to be themselves. I am very glad that I found you. Your composition and your uses of color is beautiful. Love the rag rug, I have tried my hand at this craft, but mine always either start getting waving or they turn in like a bowl. Your sister may have problems with depression, but her pots or fascinating and very sophisticated. . Your newest fan and follower, Connie :)
As you haven't been here for some time I hope things are not proving difficult for you. I am a little like your sister and am aware how hard it can be for those close to you.I wish you well
